1. By participating in the Competition, you, the entrant, agree to be bound by (i) these rules (which we may amend or vary at any time); and (ii) our decisions, which will be final in all matters relating to the Competition; and our Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy rules which are available at www.CreatureDiscomforts.org/tandc.

2. Entry is limited to one entry per person.

3. There is no charge or purchase necessary to enter.

4. The Competition is open only to citizens of the United Kingdom. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. We reserve the right to implement additional age requirements where necessary. The Competition is not open to our employees and their immediate families, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, their advertising and promotional agencies, any and all sponsors or the immediate family members of those people.

5. We reserve the right to disqualify you as an entrant and/or winner at our absolute discretion at any time.

6. Five competition winners will be drawn on the last day of each month, beginning December 2008. We may cancel the competition at any time.

7. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable in full or in part, and there will not be any cash alternative. Winners may not make any change to prizes. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer or supplier. We will not replace any lost or stolen prize once in your possession.

8. The receipt by you, if you are a winner, of any of the prize components of the Competition is conditional upon your compliance with these rules and with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. As a winner, you are solely responsible for all insurance, applicable taxes and for any expenses not specified in prize descriptions.

9. We will randomly draw a registered player from each of the five available games. These players will receive a t-shirt featuring the Creature Discomforts character from their game. Winning players will be e-mailed to request a delivery address, and this must be provided to receive the prize.

10. You agree that, except and to the extent that it is not permissible by law to exclude liability (such as liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence or fraud),we, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and employees, and any other sponsors, advertisers and promotional agencies shall have no liability to you in connection with your taking part in, or not being able to take part in, the Competition, or otherwise in connection with the Competition, or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded herein.

11. The winners acknowledge that, in relation to any prize, including (but not limited to) in relation to its quality or condition, we do not give to you any warranty, representation, or guarantee on behalf of ourselves or any manufacturer or supplier (whether express or implied, in fact or in law), and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable to you for any such warranty as may be given by anyone or implied.

12. We will not be responsible to you for any of the following that may occur, whether directly or indirectly connected with the Website or otherwise: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission (ii) communications line failure; (iii) theft or destruction of or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, any entry; (iv) lost, late, misdirected or otherwise failed entry; or (v) computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions.

13. Any of your personal information, including, without limitation, your name, age, address, (including postcode), telephone number and/or email address which is obtained by us by virtue of you entering the Competition may, with your consent, be used by us for certain marketing, market research, analysis and related purposes, please see our privacy policy for more details on the use of such personal information and your right to remove your personal information from our database.

14. The Competition is governed by English law and we and you hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
